Semifinals pairs are decided

There was one final semi final spot open with Újpest traveling to Debrecen. The home team started Savva Borodin in net and Norbert Hári was out of the lineup, with UTE having József Pleszkán starting. After a scoreless first period it was clear that this game would not be as high scoring as the game two was yesterday. The opening goal of the game was not scored until the second half when on the rush Kasper Emanuelsson made a touch pass to Erik Piatak who nicely slipped the puck past Pleszkán. However in the last minute of the period UTE tied it up on a Benji Nemes goal who put a round in for the power play goal. continue reading on Icehockey.hu
