Game recap

Manchester Storm drew level with the playoff places thanks to a road win in Guildford, meaning they've taken three of four points against the Flames in the last 24 hours.

Guildford took the lead with just over four minutes played at the Spectrum as Ian Watters got the final touch in a scramble around Matt Ginn's net. Dallas Ehrhardt's shot at 9:55 crept into the net to tie the game and the scores stayed level into the first break.

Manchester got what proved to be the game's winning goal at 26:02 on the powerplay through Jared Aulin firing in at the back post, with the Storm able to hold out for the remainder of the game and take a valuable win home with them.
